Edison Global Circuits (EGC) is a leading-edge pioneer in electrical safety and diagnostic systems. We provide proprietary solutions for safety, diagnostics, fire prevention, smart meters, green adaptations and true home and business gateways. Our management team is highly experienced, and provides strong leadership ability, sales and marketing expertise and extensive knowledge in commercial and consumer electronic device applications.
Members of our engineering team have made many impressive contributions to our industry, including development of the implantable cardiac pacemaker and today's global positioning systems. Our head of engineering is Jeff Franks, the inventor of the smoke detector. Jeff is credited with bringing more than twenty products from design through certification to market, with many applications reaching the billion-dollar mark in sales.
Our CEO, Stephen E. Williams, is a highly proficient executive manager with a thorough understanding of business negotiations and creative strategizing. He is a member of the International Association of Financial Mediators, and has an exemplary record in administration of policies, project management and supervision of more than 1000 employees. His education includes graduating in Petroleum Pilot Engineering and training at the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and Steve has also served as a member of the President’s forum, a guest member of the Baker Institute and a member of the Houston Technology Center. He is a veteran of the United States Navy Special Forces.
Ray Cole, chief financial officer, has 30 years experience in management and finance. He has held several prestigious positions, including COO & CLO for a $1.5 billion dollar bank, and project manager for the Federal Reserve. Mr. Cole has worked with national firms as a CFO and financial advisor, including an electronic engineering firm similar in operation to EGC. Mr. Cole is a graduate of the Pacific Coast School of Banking, University of Washington.
